About this Project

Based on original signage created by the Historic Sites Committee of the London Public Library, these two new signs feature Oneida language translations thanks to the dedicated work of the Oneida Language & Cultural Centre mother tongue speaking elders and staff.

These signs were developed in partnership with the City of London and the London Arts Council, through Indigenous London Arts Programs and Services. Special thanks to designer and consultant, Katie Wilhelm, for the design of the signs!
